ERC offers customers warranty testing and failure mode analysis capabilities. Product is inspected and tested per customer requirement and full report documentation can be provided back to customer. All critical characteristics are analyzed and, if requested, root cause analysis is completed per customer requirement.
With ERC’s extensive experience in no-fault found or no trouble found (NTF) prevention, our technical staff can provide suggestions for improved repair technician diagnostic procedures to significantly reduce NTF occurrences.
