Consistiency of process is the most important standard in remanufacturing. Our operations have documented work instructions that all employees are trained to and audited against.

Circuit diagrams are analyzed and our remanucturing process stresses weakly specified components as well as heavily worked components to verify that if they are about to fail, they fail in our shop and not out on the customers product. Also, due to our research and empirical data, weak components are replaced proactively 100% with more robust and higher rated parts. This ensures that your customers are receiving product that is better than the original.

Our quality department constantly monitors and initiates corrective actions on all nonconformances to process adherence. Monitoring and taking action on returns is a reactive approach. We believe in a proactive quality approach by building quality into the process and measuring at every step. We work to find the problems ourselves and not rely on our customers for that service.
